Your day-to-day will involve: Technical Oversight: Accurately interpret drawings/specifications, check sub-contractor setting out, and manage as-built symmetry, retained structures, and piling/tolerance recording. Earthworks & Groundworks: Manage deep excavations, stabilisation checks, and cut-and-fill modelling imports. Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous inspections of all RC elements, approve method statements, monitor compliance, and ensure all health, safety, and quality systems are strictly maintained. Commercial Collaboration: Provide crucial technical data, re-measures, and survey deviance reports to the commercial team to support claims and sub-contractor analysis.
