You''ll support the successful and safe delivery of civil works across live TandD environments, helping strengthen the resilience and security of the UK energy network.This position is an office based role and looking for someone to lead a team of two (Site Engineers) This Scheme is to work on Overhead Line, National Grid projectWhat you''ll be doingChampioning HSE best practice and ensuring consistent standards on siteSupporting temporary works planning and coordination (including design input and implementation)Maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and the wider supply chainAdvising engineering teams on setting out, methods, sequencing, and constructabilityReviewing drawings/specs and ensuring information is correct and buildable before works proceedCoordinating with supervisors/foremen to ensure clarity of scope, constraints, and latest revisionsManaging the selection and requisition of materials, plant, and equipment in line with programme needsProducing and reviewing RAMS, work packs and associated permits / controlsKeeping accurate site records/diaries, including changes, instructions, and key decisionsEnsuring ITPs are in place and completed correctly (incl. dimensional checks and quality records)What we''re looking ..... full job details .....
