MB973: Senior Site EngineerLocation: CumbriaSalary: £75,000 + £5,000 Car AllowanceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekAdditional Company Benefits: Exceptional Career Development Opportunities, Company Car/Car Allowance (Depending on job grade), Pension matched up to 8%, 25 days annual leave - plus holiday (opportunity to buy/sell leave will be implemented from January 2026), Private medical insurance, Free 24/7 EAPOverview:First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Senior Site Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Cumbria depot.Duties and Responsibilities:Project Delivery and Site CoordinationManage and coordinate all construction and engineering activities within your area of responsibility.Lead, mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and third-party stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.Plan and manage site activities in conjunction with construction and supervision teams.Produce and maintain detailed rolling three-week look-ahead programmes.Monitor progress against programme and implement corrective actions where necessary.Identify risks, constraints and opportunities that may impact project delivery.Ensure all permits, task briefings, inductions and approvals are in place before works commence.Support collaborative working across all project functions.Review and ..... full job details .....
