Duties as Senior Site Engineer: Provide leadership, support and development to site teams, promoting high standards of performance and delivery. Assist in the preparation and implementation of project plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Waste Management Plans. Maintain accurate, robust and comprehensive site records, including site diaries, labour allocations and progress documentation. Ensure supply chain partners remain fully compliant with framework requirements, company procedures and management plans. Champion a positive safety culture, driving continuous improvement and supporting the achievement of Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) and RIDDOR incidents.
