Senior Site Agent

Our client, a leading national civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent to support the successful delivery of a major highways infrastructure project.

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and implement RAMS.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, inspections, and project documentation.

Site Agent Requirements:

• Valid-CSCS Card.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Strong knowledge of highways construction methodologies and specifications.
• Proven experience delivering major highways or road infrastructure projects in a Senior Site Agent or Site Agent capacity.
