Senior Site Agent

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Senior Site Agent to help deliver a Water Treatment Works (WTW) project in Portsmouth. The project involves tunnelling and shaft construction, so previous experience in these areas is essential. Senior Site Agent Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations Managing Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors Overseeing tunnelling and shaft construction works Client and stakeholder liaison Toolbox talks Health and safety compliance Managing RAMS, permits and temporary works Coordinating labour, plant and materials Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Monitoring quality and maintaining site records Reporting progress to the Project Manager Supporting programme planning and project delivery Senior Site Agent Requirements: Black or Gold CSCS SMSTS Strong tunnelling and shaft experience is essential Previous WTW or water infrastructure experience is essential Strong civil engineering background Experience managing underground works, deep excavations and temporary works Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements IT literate Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
