Senior Site Agent

Job Title: Senior Site Agent (x2) Location: Oxford / Didcot area Contract: 12 months - Inside IR35 Start Date: Within the next 2-3 weeks Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience)OverviewWe are seeking two experienced Senior Site Agents to support major infrastructure projects in the Oxford-Didcot area, with individual project values ranging from 30m to 150m. These positions will play a key role in delivering complex works to programme, budget, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead site operations on large-scale highways and civil engineering projects.Oversee earthworks and utilities diversion activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and plant on site.Drive compliance with HSEQ requirements and company procedures.Liaise with the project manager, client representatives, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.Ensure progress reporting, record keeping, and cost control measures are in place.Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to site teams.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Agent / Senior Site Agent on major infrastructure schemes.Strong background in highways, earthworks, and utilities diversion works.Track record of managing projects with values in the tens to hundreds of millions.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Relevant industry qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid; degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering preferred).Ability to mobilise quickly and hit the ..... full job details .....
