Salary: up to £48,812 per annum (DOE) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday + Door to Door pay Emergency on Call of 1-in-4. (Starts once competent) You’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for  PPM and reactive work  on a mixture of Shutter Gates, Automatic Gates, Sliding Doors, Industrial Doors and Gates and more. This position will be travelling around various sites across West Midlands.  Key Responsibilities: Service, repair and installation on all types of doors and gates Planned and reactive maintenance Fault finding and repairs to estate equipment Complete Shutter and Gate Surveys and Reports as necessary Liaise with HQ to bring in specialist contractors if required.
