This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation, playing a key role in coordinating product loading, logistics administration, and distribution activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are routed, loaded, documented, and dispatched accurately while supporting operational activities and maintaining compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the routing and loading of products in line with operational and production requirements. Complete all required distribution and delivery documentation accurately. Maintain internal business systems and logistics records. Liaise with third-party transport providers to ensure efficient loading and dispatch operations. Support out-of-hours distribution activities, including customer communications and order administration. Ensure all relevant shipment documentation is completed and issued correctly. Carry out quality, environmental, and compliance checks within the loading operation. Operate loading systems from both control room and field-based environments.
