Senior Shift Technician - Electrical Bias Location: Liverpool St/City of London Salary: 58,000 Shift Pattern: Continental 07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00, Days and Nights Job Type: Permanent An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Shift Technician to join the engineering team within one of London''s most prestigious landmark commercial buildings. This is a senior, hands-on position within a technically complex and high-profile environment. You''ll work alongside the Shift Lead and wider engineering team, taking additional responsibility for the shift and stepping up to lead the team whenever the Shift Lead is unavailable. The position also offers a genuine progression route, with the successful engineer being supported through further technical development including HV Authorised Person or Mechanical Authorised Person training. The Role Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large, technically complex building. Work across a range of critical electrical and mechanical building services. Support the Shift Lead with the day-to-day management of the engineering shift team. Take responsibility for the shift and engineering team in the Shift Lead''s absence. Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers. Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and wider MandE systems.
