This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll take ownership of the performance of your shift, leading people, improving efficiency and making sure production targets are consistently achieved. What you''ll be doing: Lead and manage the production team and overall shift performance. Drive productivity, efficiency, quality and safety across the shift. Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement. Reduce waste, downtime and unnecessary costs. Work closely with Engineering and Technical teams to improve machine performance and reliability. Plan labour requirements and manage agency labour effectively. Monitor production KPIs including waste, downtime, labour efficiency and yield. Investigate production, quality and safety issues and put corrective actions in place.
