This is an excellent opportunity for a driven SHEQ professional to play a key role in supporting the delivery of major construction and refurbishment programmes while helping to shape a positive safety culture across the business.Working closely with the SHEQ Manager, you will provide expert guidance, support operational teams, mentor SHEQ Advisors and help drive continuous improvement across safety, health, environmental and quality performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSHEQ LeadershipChampion a proactive and positive SHEQ culture across multiple projects and workstreams.Support the implementation of company policies, procedures and strategic SHEQ objectives.Act as deputy to the SHEQ Manager when required.Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to SHEQ Advisors. Operational SupportServe as the first point of contact for SHEQ Advisors within your designated workstreams.Support operational teams with contractor performance concerns, compliance matters and day-to-day SHEQ issues.Assist with monitoring SHEQ performance metrics and audit results through EcoOnline.Support project and contract teams in maintaining effective project risk registers.Incident InvestigationLead and support incident, near miss and non-conformance investigations.Ensure incidents are reported and managed in line with legal and ..... full job details .....
