Senior SHEQ AdvisorBedford 60,000 + Benefits We are supporting an organisation within the Civil engineering and construction sector to recruit a Senior SHEQ Advisor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to influence health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across diverse projects and locations.The Senior SHEQ Advisor will:Develop, implement, and monitor safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems across operational sites.Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure continuous improvement.Conduct regular site inspections and safety reviews, supporting a proactive safety culture.Provide expert guidance on compliance with relevant legislation and standards.Promote awareness through training and engagement activities, ensuring safety is deeply embedded throughout the organisation.The successful candidate will have:NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Health and Safety, with a strong background in SHEQ advisory roles.Proven experience working across multiple sites within industry sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, or utilities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.For more information or to apply please contact James Howard on or (phone number removed).Irwin and Colton are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company, based in the South East of England we recruit across the UK.
