Senior Sheet Metal Fabricator

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Sheet Metal Worker who knows their way around a workshop and can lead a team. You’ll need to be able to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.

What you’ll be doing:

Programming,setting up and Running  EuroMac punching machines, pierceall machines, Guillotine and Bending Machines to make high-quality boxes, panels, and fabrications. A person with welding knowledge will be preferable.
Working out bending allowances and doing the math's to get the machines set up correctly.
Checking your work to drawing dimensions and inspection standards, making sure the parts are within tolerances.
Leading and guiding other workers to keep things running smoothly.
What we need from you:

• Set up and operate Euromac punch machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Load, position, and process sheet metal materials.
• Carry out tool changes and machine adjustments as required.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet specifications.
• Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Work to production targets while maintaining quality standards
