As industry leaders in the timber trade sector, our clients are committed to a sustainable process at every stage and are eager to work with individuals to develop their knowledge and skillset through training and leadership at phases of their production. The Role: You will be setting up jigs to required specifications. Leading a small team to drive their workforce and secure daily targets. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery to minimise downtime. General machine minding, visual inspection and basic quality control. Ensuring working areas are clean, tidy and safe at all times. Personal Attributes: Excellent timekeeping & attendance Using basic hand tools, tape measures, etc... Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
