Job Title: Senior ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM Pro) Consultant Location: Coventry, UK (Hybrid working)Day Rate: £400 - £450 (Inside IR35) Start Date: Immediate start Job Type: Contract positionWe are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro and CMDB to lead the development and maturity of enterprise IT Asset Management capabilities.This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered ServiceNow ITAM implementations, improved CMDB maturity, established governance frameworks and driven measurable operational and financial improvements across complex enterprise environments.You will work closely with IT, Service Management, Infrastructure and Technology leadership to ensure software and hardware assets are effectively managed throughout their life cycle while maintaining accurate configuration data and supporting strategic decision-making.Job Responsibilities/ObjectivesLead the design, implementation and continual improvement of ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.Configure and optimise ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).Develop CMDB capabilities, ensuring alignment with CSDM and ITIL best practice.Establish and maintain ITAM and SACM governance frameworks, policies and operating procedures.Improve asset data quality through Discovery, integrations and ongoing data governance.Manage the ..... full job details .....
