The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions. Develop integrations, automation, and platform enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards. Required Skills andamp; Experience 3-10 years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization. Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and administration. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Mandatory Requirement Active SC Clearance (Security Clearance) is required.
