Senior ServiceNow Developer - Permanent - London (hybrid) - £85,000 to 95,000 per annumA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a London-based global law firm.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solution designs.Design, configure and develop end-to-end solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, access controls, notifications, forms and catalog items.Improve business processes through workflow automation, self-service and enhanced user experience.Implement ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents.Design and support enterprise integrations and custom scoped applications.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, performant and upgradeable, with appropriate technical documentation.Support ServiceNow releases, upgrades, testing, deployments, incidents and operational handover.Work with CMDB and platform data to maintain data quality and governance within Agile delivery practices.Key ExperienceTypically 5+ years'' hands-on ServiceNow experience across design, development, configuration, testing, deployment and operational handover.Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, architecture awareness and ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, access controls, notifications, forms and catalog ..... full job details .....
