Senior Service Owner- £550 - £600 - Inside IR35 - Hybrid/Leeds or London - 6 months RecOps is partnered with a leading consultancy to support an NHS project. They need an experienced Senior Service Owner with Digital andamp; Policy experience for an initial 6 month contract role. This role is £550-600 per day, inside IR35, and requires occasional office meetings in Leeds or London. Key Requirements: Significant experience as a Service Owner, Service Lead, Product Lead or Digital Service Leader within NHS, healthcare, central government or wider public sector environments. Proven ownership of service strategy, outcomes, performance, governance, risk, funding, prioritisation and benefits realisation. Strong experience working across policy, digital, operational, service management, commercial/contracts and supplier teams. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of Agile delivery, modern digital services and user-centred design principles. Experience managing suppliers, service transitions and operating models.
