This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for service quality, performance, safeguarding, budgets, contract compliance and continuous improvement. A key focus will be preparing the service for a major retender later this year. Location: Oxford - Hybrid Hours: Full or part time considered Salary: £53,000 full time salary Contract: Fixed term contract until January 2027 About You We are looking for someone with: Strong experience leading and managing services and teams. Experience within mental health or community-based services. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, contracts and quality standards. Strong safeguarding knowledge. Experience leading change and service improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to confidently work with commissioners, funders and senior partners.
