This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across user research, service and interaction design, facilitation and rapid testing. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to explore opportunities, develop lightweight concepts, test assumptions and reduce uncertainty before further investment. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct rapid research through interviews, workshops and focus groups. Understand the user, operational and organisational context for AI-enabled services. Map journeys, workflows and service interactions to identify pain points and opportunities. Translate insights into user needs, opportunity areas and user stories.
