You will be responsible for ensuring our discovery and design projects are rooted in a deep understanding of users and their needs enabling us to create accessible services that reduce friction and complexity.You''ll beexpected to ensure quality, innovation and creativity in how we approach all aspects of service design and how we then play those back to our stakeholders.
