Senior Service Designer (ITSM)

Network IT is currently recruiting for a Senior Service Designer (ITSM) to join our client on a 6 month initial contract.
 
Our client is looking for an experienced ITSM professional, who can support a Lead Service Designer, Service Architects and Service Delivery teams, to design standards, templates and processes to maintain consistency across various services.
 
You will be working on service blueprints, contributing to service models, SLA’s, OLA’s and ensuring service designs align with ITIL practices.
 
You’ll be creating user centred Service Design Packages, that take business and user requirements into account.

Key Skills:

- Background in ITSM roles, including Service Design
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of Service Design principles, and ITSM Frameworks such as ITIL
- Collaborative approach to be able to lead Service Designers, and work alongside Architects, Product Owners and ITSM professionals to deliver
- Understanding of the end-to-end ITSM lifecycle
- Creation of Service Design Packages
- Understanding of user centred design, and Agile principles within a service delivery context
- Holding qualifications such as ITIL / BCS Certificate in Service Design / ISO or IEC 20000 Practitioner
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance, or already cleared
