Working at the heart of the organisation, you''ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, and residents to design services that improve outcomes and deliver meaningful change. About the RoleAs a Senior Service Designer, you will lead service design activity across digital transformation programmes, helping to redesign and improve services for residents. You''ll use a range of service design techniques to understand user needs, map customer journeys, develop prototypes, and support the delivery of effective, accessible, and sustainable solutions. Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you''ll collaborate with developers, business analysts, researchers, delivery managers, operational teams, and senior leaders to ensure services are designed around user needs and organisational priorities.
