This role covers the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems across a wide range of sites. You’ll act as a senior technical point of contact on site, providing leadership and mentoring junior engineers while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota, supporting our 24/7 service commitments. The role is primarily based across the West Midlands, with occasional travel to surrounding areas.
