Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule servicing and calibration visits for customersLiaise with field engineers and allocate work based on geographical location and availabilityPrepare and issue quotations for equipment, servicing and calibration enquiriesFollow up quotations and develop customer relationships to maximise conversion opportunitiesProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyAct as a central point of contact for customer enquiriesWork closely with internal teams to provide expert support and solutions for customersCollaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that raise awareness of servicing ..... full job details .....
