Senior Service Advisor Renault Romford (RM3) £36,750 pa basic salary, OTE £44,100 pa + car Join Our Aftersales Team at Renault Romford Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales operation at Renault Romford, located on the Southend Arterial Road in Harold Wood (RM3). This is a key position within our Service department, combining customer service, workshop coordination, and senior-level support responsibilities. Working alongside the Aftersales Manager, you''ll help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and manufacturer compliance across the Service operation. In addition to the core Service Advisor responsibilities, you''ll provide day-to-day support to colleagues, assist with workshop control activities, support departmental processes, and act as a senior point of contact when required.
