Senior Service Advisor

Our client is an Automotive dealership and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Newbury area.

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £28000.

- Up To £28,000 Basic Salary / £45,000 OTE!!
- Main Car Dealership Working Environment
- Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Morning Rota
- Previous Automotive Aftersales Experience Required
- Company Car and Fuel Card Provided

Duties:

- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work

Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.

To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
