Senior Service AdvisorLocation: IpswichSalary: £30,000 - £36,000 Basic £38,000 - £42,000 OTEHours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pmWeekends: 1-2 Saturdays per month (rota basis) The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Ipswich.This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead contact for service customersSupport and mentor junior Service AdvisorsHandle customer complaints and escalationsUpsell additional work, services, and productsManage daily bookings and workshop diaryLiaise between customers and the workshopEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency Requirements2-4+ years'' experience as a Service AdvisorPrevious senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up)Strong customer service and sales abilityExperience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environmentFull UK driving licence Package and Benefits£30k-£36k basic depending on experience£38k-£42k realistic OTEBonus scheme (monthly + CSI-based)Manufacturer trainingCareer progression opportunitiesPension and staff ..... full job details .....
