This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead contact for service customers Support and mentor junior Service Advisors Handle customer complaints and escalations Upsell additional work, services, and products Manage daily bookings and workshop diary Liaise between customers and the workshop Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency Requirements 2-4+ years'' experience as a Service Advisor Previous senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up) Strong customer service and sales ability Experience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Full UK driving licence Package and Benefits £30k-£36k basic depending on exper...
