Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 Depending on Experience
OTE: £34,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 To 6:00 & Saturday Morning on Rota
Location: Doncaster

Responsibilities of a Senior Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
·Dealing with Warranty Companies & Parts
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
