Senior Server and Storage SpecialistLocation: Kingston, London Salary: 49,000 - 52,250 per annum (depending on experience) Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) Type: Full-TimeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Server and Storage Specialist to join a growing infrastructure team responsible for supporting and developing enterprise server, storage and cloud environments.This role will play a key part in maintaining a resilient, secure and high-performing infrastructure, supporting both day-to-day operations and ongoing technology improvements.Key RequirementsExtensive experience administering and supporting server technologies, both physical and virtualStrong Windows Server administration skillsLinux server administration experienceExperience with physical, virtual and cloud-based storage technologiesKnowledge of backup technologies and disaster recovery practicesExperience with infrastructure monitoring and management toolsUnderstanding of server security, patching and anti-malware solutionsAbility to work across both operational support and infrastructure improvement initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesManage and provision both physical and virtual server infrastructureAdminister and support Windows and Linux server environmentsMonitor infrastructure performance and availability using appropriate management toolsMaintain server security, patch management and anti-malware solutionsContribute to infrastructure strategy, planning and continuous ..... full job details .....
