Position Job Title Senior Service Engineer - Electronic Security Systems £45k-£50k doe Primary Location Field Based role covering London and the Southeast predominantly (Head Office Amersham) Salary Base salary £45-£50K Travel from 45 mins each way On Call 1 in 4 (Hardly any callouts) £200 p/w Holiday 25 days plus extra day on birthday and bank hols. Standard pension scheme or option to discuss an alternative scheme with our wealth advisor Private healthcare scheme after successful probation Job Summary Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and rectify faults quickly, effectively and efficiently. Perform reactive service visits as required to meet contracted customers service level agreements. Perform planned preventive maintenance visits as required in line with contracted customers service level agreements. Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems, addressing queries and offering solutions to resolve issues. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reactive service and planned preventive maintenance reports.
