Senior Security Officer Location: Kensington, London Salary: 31,000 - 34,000 per annum (depending on qualifications, SIA licence and experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility required), with a weekend duty management rota Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Security Officer to join a prestigious luxury residential development in Central London. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of security, health and safety and fire safety operations across the development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional from a high-end residential environment who can lead by example, maintain exceptional standards and deliver a first-class service to residents and visitors. Senior Security Officer Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of security and safety operations across the development. Lead by example and provide guidance and support to the on-site security team. Help coordinate the activities of security contractors to ensure service standards are maintained. Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, contractors and staff at all times. Oversee CCTV systems, access control and all security-related procedures. Monitor compliance with health and safety and fire safety legislation. Carry out regular inspections, audits and risk assessments.
