Senior Security Engineer - Excellent stakeholder management experience is required We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our Cyber Security team and play a key role in a major digital transformation programme. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering security technologies, providing technical leadership across projects, and ensuring systems, data, and services remain secure throughout business change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of security infrastructure, tooling, and controls. Provide expertise across Security Architecture, Application Security, Cloud Security, and Cryptography. Support projects by embedding security requirements and assurance activities. Coordinate penetration testing and manage remediation activities. Contribute to security architecture, secure SDLC, and application security standards. Act as an escalation point during major incidents, disaster recovery, and business continuity events. Work closely with development teams to ensure secure delivery practices. Skills andamp; Experience Proven experience in a Senior Security Engineering role within a mid-to-large organisation, ideally in Financial Services, Insurance, or another regulated industry. Strong background delivering cyber security projects in fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience with traditional and modern security technologies.
