Job Title: Senior Security Engineer - SC Location: Hybrid - 40% nearest hub (some flex - locations nationwide) Contract Duration : 12 Months Daily Rate: £700/day (Umbrella - Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC The workload for our Security Operations function is increasing as they have to deal with more alerts and incidents, without the benefit of automation and analytics to reduce the manual effort and improve the response time. Moreover, we have to comply with the increasing Government standards and expectations for security monitoring, such as the Cyber Assessment Framework and the Minimum Cyber Security Standard. Justice Digital are prioritising GovAssure assessments for all critical services which include security monitoring compliance checks. Justice Digital have collaborated on the creation of, and are ensuring strategic alignment to the Cyber Strategy. There is lack of internal capability in terms of security resources with skill set to deliver this as this is a new initiative from Justice Digital. The resources requested in this business case underpin our ability to: Implement, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks XSIAM platform to ensure optimal performance and security. Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
