Senior Security Engineer / Lead

Reporting to: Managing Director Direct Reports: None initially. Holds technical authority over Installation and Service Engineers and third-party engineering resources. Job Purpose The Senior Technical Engineer / Technical Lead will act as ASG Tech''s senior technical authority, working closely with the Managing Director to design, deliver and maintain high-quality electronic security solutions. This is a hands-on senior engineering role, combining customer engagement, technical design, pre-sales support, installation, commissioning, fault finding, compliance and quality assurance. The postholder will personally undertake technical surveys, system design and engineering activities while providing technical leadership to internal and third-party engineering resources. The role will support customer engagements, translating security risks and operational requirements into technically appropriate and commercially viable solutions, and ensuring all systems are delivered in accordance with relevant Standards, Codes of Practice and certification requirements. The postholder will also manage the technical delivery of third-party installation partners and subcontractors, ensuring work undertaken on behalf of ASG Tech meets the Company''s technical, quality, compliance and customer service standards.
