Senior Security Engineer

An opportunity has arisen for a Security Systems Engineer to join an established fire and security services provider, supporting customers and engineering teams across a range of electronic security systems. The role involves planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs and technical support across security systems. This is a field-based role offering a basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus paid travel, on-call and overtime allowances, with total average earnings of £43,000 - £60,000, plus benefits. Candidates can be based anywhere in London or within 15 miles north and 20 miles south of St Albans (office location). You will be responsible for: Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on electronic security systems. Investigating faults and providing technical support to customers and engineers. Working across intruder alarms, access control, CCTV and intercom systems. Using manufacturer software for system configuration, diagnostics and optimisation. Supporting engineers with technical issues and providing guidance where required. Completing work and documentation accurately while maintaining good customer service. Performing other duties relevant to the role as required. What we''re looking for Previous experience as a Security Systems Engineer or in a similar security engineering role.
