You''ll act as a trusted expert on fraud, error and security risk, helping teams across Universal Credit and Working Age Services make informed decisions about how services are designed, delivered and improved. Colleagues will come to you for expert advice when developing new services, changing existing processes, introducing new technology or responding to emerging threats. Drawing on your expertise, you''ll identify risks, assess vulnerabilities and recommend practical solutions that protect public money, safeguard citizens and support the delivery of effective public services.
