Overview

A fast-scaling global consumer tech business is looking for a technical SDET to lead the Quality Engineering strategy and execution for the payment checkouts team. This is a hands-on role to start, with scope to lead a small team of QA Engineers in the future. You’ll champion the quality of a high-traffic, customer-facing digital platform used worldwide.Role details

Lead the Quality Engineering strategy and execution for the payments checkout team; be hands-on to begin with, with scope to lead a small QA Engineers team in the future.Champion the quality of a high-traffic, customer-facing digital platform used worldwide.Work closely with engineering, product, and operations to embed QA into every stage of delivery, champion continuous improvement, and ensure the platform remains robust, user-friendly, and adaptable.Lead the migration from the existing framework to Playwright; prior experience with this migration is advantageous.Qualifications

Technical SDET or QA Engineer with experience in frontend technologies (Frontend, JavaScript, React).Experience with quality strategies for complex, high-traffic systems and modern cloud-based architectures.Willingness to be hands-on initially and to grow into a small team leadership ..... full job details .....
