Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete scientific research projects to advance our understanding of CHO media development
- Adherence to good laboratory practice including cGMP where applicable to advance our understanding of CHO media development.
- Experience with cell culture, Ambr operation, Analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless project execution and delivery.
- Equipment preparation, monitoring, calibration and safety (Co-ordinate servicing of equipment and other external services)
- Preparation of media, feeds, buffers, reagents.
- Maintaining stock levels of consumables.
- Completion and peer review of laboratory documentation.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with laboratory techniques and data analysis tools.
- A proactive and determined approach to achieving project goals and competing in a dynamic research environment.
