This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Science Technician to play a key role in supporting the Science Department and ensuring the smooth delivery of practical lessons.As a Senior Science Technician, you will: • Prepare, set up, and maintain equipment and materials for Science lessons. • Support teachers and students during practical experiments. • Lead and coordinate the work of Science Technicians where required. • Ensure laboratories and preparation areas are safe, organised, and fully stocked. • Maintain accurate records of equipment, chemicals, and resources. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Requirements: • Previous experience working as a Senior Science Technician or Science Technician in a school setting. • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and health and safety practices. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience supporting Biology, Chemistry, and Physics practicals is desirable.Why join GSL Education? • Competitive daily pay rates. • Supportive and dedicated consultants. • Opportunities for long-term and permanent roles. • A chance to work ..... full job details .....
