You will be part of a team designing and implementing SAP solutions, supporting customer engagements, and delivering high-quality Transportation Management solutions integrated with core S/4HANA solutions.Duties/Responsibilities:Support Solution Architects in translating business requirements into Transportation Management solutions, collaborating on statements of work and conducting workshops with stakeholders.Provide thought leadership on Supply Chain strategy and Transportation Management roadmaps.Ensure quality and integrity of solutions as the design authority, following industry best practices.Stay updated with new technologies, share expertise, and develop others.Identify potential for repeat business and support growth opportunities.Have expertise in Freight Unit Building, Order Management, Planning, Cockpit layout, Tendering, Transportation Execution, Charge Calculation, Cost Distribution, and deployment options.Knowledge of both embedded and standalone deployment, and scenarios involving Shippers and 3PLs, is required.Required Skills/Abilities:Effective communication, influence, and relationship-building skills within the Transportation Management architecture field.Proven success in delivering complex customer projects and solutions.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders globally and externally.Integrity, decision-making skills, and result-driven attitude.Continuous learner, capable of sharing operational knowledge effectively.Personal Profile/Experience:Over 6 years of SAP/Transportation Management consulting experience, preferably with a value-added reseller or software house.Experience in solution design, architecture, and successful delivery of at least 5 full project lifecycles.Benefits:Join our award-winning team and enjoy benefits such as:Home-based contract with flexible working.25 days holiday ..... full job details .....
