Senior SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Solution ArchitectAs an SAP S/4HANA Experienced Cross Functional Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will work as part of Capgemini’s team shaping and delivering processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients across many industry sectors. You will be seen as a thought leader for design to support business operations and a person to build on today’s SAP platform, driving forward with latest technology (GenAI, Digital twin, automation).

You will work with Capgemini’s Supply Chain Management Capability to deliver innovative projects to our existing and new clients, with opportunities to develop our pipeline for future projects. This role offers the chance to work with technologies such as S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud, Mobile, GenAI, Predictive Analytics and other data science areas, helping clients transform as they move through their journey.

You will be involved in single or multiple project lifecycles, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through agile delivery to post go-live support. You will have access to enhance your consulting, functional and technical skills through Capgemini learning and development and industry-recognised certifications.

Your role

Lead the delivery of complex Supply Chain Management solutions and drive value and benefits for our customers

Provide solution and technical architectural leadership, developing innovative solutions within cross-functional Supply Chain projects

Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and be seen as a Trusted Advisor

Translate complex business requirements into a detailed solution design

Lead a team solving problems for large, corporate clients across multiple sectors, in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams

Deliver leadership and coaching for a team of senior and junior consultants delivering Supply Chain solutions

Stay at the forefront of SAP capabilities, collaborating with SAP to understand roadmaps

Participate in and lead responses to RFPs and other pre-sales activities

Drive development and realisation of solution roadmaps aligned with the client’s long-term vision

Provide thought leadership with expert knowledge of SAP portfolio and supporting products

Skills And Experience

Be an expert in end-to-end SAP Supply Chain Management with detailed integration knowledge of other SAP components

Advocate best-practice design principles, focusing on technology and business consulting

Passion for advising clients on how to maximise technology benefits

Commercial and contractual awareness when delivering projects

Led multiple end-to-end design and implementation projects within S/4HANA or ECC

Experience with lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Solution Manager and Signavio

Experience leading project workstreams and managing remote team members

Expert in cross-functional integration, optimising SAP solutions across modules

Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions

Keen interest in developments in AI and Machine Learning
