Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA Sales andamp; Service (SD) processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), billing, and customer invoicing. Support and enhance Professional Services (PS)/Order-to-Cash workstreams. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and SI partners. Drive integration with Finance, Procurement, and related SAP modules. Analyse and resolve complex business and system issues. Prepare functional specifications and support development activities. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales andamp; Service (SD). Expertise in O2C Master Data, Customer Projects, Billing andamp; Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition. Good knowledge of SD pricing procedures and tax determination. Understanding of Timesheet integration with SuccessFactors. Experience with Output Management.
