Job title: Senior SandOP ManagerLocation: Oxford, 2 Days in office Salary: £75k - £80k We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead the Sales and Operational Planning (SandOP) process across multiple regions. This role ensures demand, supply, and business plans are fully aligned to support effective delivery and strategic goals.You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Engineering, and Finance to deliver a data-driven planning process that improves visibility, alignment, and decision-making.ProfileYou are an experienced supply chain professional with strong global planning expertise, ideally in a fast-paced environment. You have a proven track record of improving SandOP/IBP processes and are confident operating at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.Key responsibilities include:Leading the end-to-end SandOP cycle (demand, supply, scenario planning, and reviews)Aligning cross-functional teams to ensure feasible and balanced plansSupporting capacity planning and supply chain responsivenessDriving governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the SandOP processAbout you:Strong ERP and end-to-end supply chain experienceDeep knowledge of forecasting, demand and supply planning, and inventory managementExperience in global supply chains, including logistics and customer deliveryStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsRelevant degree or equivalent ..... full job details .....
