This role is critical in ensuring compliance with sanctions regulations and will involve a variety of responsibilities related to sanctions screening, system development, and team performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage or undertake proactive roles in ongoing projects including system development and testing. Actively participate in updates to the Business Contingency Plan and User Testing processes. Conduct sanctions screening for live transactions across the EMEA region. Ensure the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionality is completed and documented accurately and in a timely manner as part of implementation plans. Ensure the daily workload is completed promptly in accordance with Bank Policies and Procedures. Review system-generated Sanction Hits using the Bank''s sanctions philtre, Fircosoft.
