Job DescriptionSenior Salesforce Solution ArchitectYou will be the first Salesforce Architect to join this new Salesforce Practice, working closely with the CTO and Practice Director.With an already well-established digital transformation practice working on Enterprise programmes, they have the know-how and framework behind them to make the new Salesforce practice successful. With a roadmap to hire over the next 12 months, this Salesforce Architect will be an integral part of the strategy as they build the practice from the top down.They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join them. Someone who has led architecture discussions and decisions on an enterprise level.As Lead Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architectureLead discovery workshops, solution design, and technical deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsDesign scalable multi-cloud Salesforce solutions on an enterprise scaleEstablish best practices, governance, and create reusable assets, templates, etc.Mentor and grow a team of consultants, developers, and junior architectsAct as a Salesforce SME to clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeysContribute to pre-sales efforts, including scoping, estimation, and proposal development when neededHave excellent knowledge of Salesforce integration methods and toolingOwn solution documentation, technical specifications, and deployment strategiesSupport recruitment and onboarding of Salesforce professionalsPresent roadmaps to C-level executivesIdeally, you will have:Extensive experience within the Salesforce partner ecosystemProven experience leading complex Salesforce implementationsMultiple years’ experience as a Salesforce Architect working on enterprise-level projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading architectural discussions and guiding teams from the frontAbility to translate technical Salesforce solutions to non-technical stakeholdersSalesforce Certifications and credentialsMust haveSalesforce Certified Application Architect or System ArchitectAbility to travel to client sites, offices, or Salesforce ..... full job details .....
