Senior Salesforce Developer - 12 months - London - £525/day - Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a global technology services organisation on a 12-month hybrid contract based in London (3 days per week on-site), starting 1st August 2026. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across the Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud, delivering scalable solutions in close collaboration with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud based on low-level designs provided by the Technical Lead or Architect Work on Agentforce implementation, designing AI-driven agent experiences, automation flows, prompts, actions, and Salesforce data integrations Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support customer data unification, segmentation, activation, identity resolution, and Real Time data usage Develop, configure, and support Service Cloud capabilities including case management, omni-channel routing, entitlements, milestones, knowledge, and service process automation Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Middleware, event-driven architecture, and platform events Collaborate with Technical Leads, Product Owners, QA teams, and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions Support release management, ..... full job details .....
