You''ll play a key role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and hands-on Salesforce configuration, while also mentoring more junior consultants and contributing to internal innovation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to deliveryFacilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholdersProduce user stories, process maps and functional specificationsConfigure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation capabilitiesCollaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to deliver best-practice solutionsManage deployments using DevOps and release management toolsSupport client adoption through training, onboarding and change activitiesMentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practiceHelp drive innovation through AI initiatives, accelerators and reusable assetsRequired ExperienceStrong Salesforce consulting experience gained within a consultancy or professional services ..... full job details .....
